My approach to successful marketing is based on one simple premise: at the end of the day, it's all about how you're making your customers feel. If that's your primary focus, the results will inevitably follow. I'm a people-person, brainstormer, expert marketer, and systems nerd passionate about growing my career in the multifamily industry. In my 8 years of experience, I’ve learned that achieving resident satisfaction and retention starts at fine-tuning the ground-level operations, naturally resulting in increased demand, prospect conversions, and NOI. My brain craves the knowledge of exactly how systems operate and integrate from back-end to front-end, so that the customer has a seamless experience, no matter the medium.
