The worst deal I have ever spent my money on. They sold Agency for which they promised to give people sub-accounts and literally made it difficult to use by charging so much for domains ( $35/month for one domain). I wanted to reset my domain to a different one and they charged me $$ to change. Terrible customer service. Very rude. They have created what looks like an agency eventually but said...

Great product. Better than most of the forms out there as its easy to use and build. I love their video and audio questions feature that allows someone to collect video and audio feedback. Now I can interview people remote using this software. Mohamed Ali
