Just tried out the mobile app and it genuinely exceeded my expectations. The heart rate test results were detailed and insightful — I especially loved the references to the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems.
I realized I’ll need an Apple Watch or similar device to get the most out of it, since some data like sleep and diet wasn’t available for me. But even without that, the onboarding and overall UX were super smooth.
