I’ve been using this breathwork nearly daily for a year now. Great for slowing down for sleep and for increasing sharpness during the day. I was surprised to find that after taking a four month break from swimming, my lung capacity did not diminish like it typically does after time off. I’ve had Calm and Headspace but Othership is more enjoyable and rewarding.
