I’m an automotive engineer focused on solving real-world diagnostic problems where traditional tools fall short, new to the AI world, old to vehicle problems. I built DIAGLO after working through many complex vehicle issues that were misdiagnosed due to missing fault codes, misleading data, or oversimplified assumptions. My goal with DIAGLO is to bring structured engineering reasoning into automotive diagnostics using AI — not to replace mechanics, but to help narrow down root causes and reduce unnecessary part replacement. I’m interested in building practical, technically sound tools that work in real conditions, not demos or hype.

How do you diagnose car problems when fault codes are missing?

One of the main reasons I built DIAGLO is how often real vehicle problems show no fault codes, or misleading ones.

I m curious how others approach these situations:

Do you rely mainly on symptoms?
Experience / pattern recognition?
