How safe is this to be used on LinkedIn? Are data extracted through LinkedIn API? Can't seem to use Mac app properly though.

What's 1 search term/day? If I have 20 keywords I want to listen to, it will only search these 20 keywords once a day? How deep and extensive are the keyword search? Is there any areas of LinkedIN you can't search? Does it search on ads displayed too?

Customer response time could have been better. I have used Front, Missive, Spark, Hiver, Helpwise, Loop and others in search for a suitable email client for shared collaboration.
