I’m Dhairyasheel Powar, founder of Rasoi Rani, with 10+ years of experience in the food industry manufacturing and distribution. Working in the food ecosystem helped me identify a problem, the everyday complexity of managing a household kitchen. That insight led me to build Rasoi Rani, kitchen companion that helps families manage groceries, pantry inventory, recipes, meal planning, expiry dates, shopping and savings in one connected system. I want to make Rasoi Rani the intelligent OS for the household kitchen, that understands what a family has, what it needs, what it likes to eat and when it should act. Our long term goal is to use Tech to make kitchens more efficient, reduce food waste, save households money and eventually create a connected food ecosystem
