What's great

Concept overall with the ability to have an inbox with rules and AI analysis in a shared environment is a great idea.

What needs improvement

Wish this was better implemented in so many ways such as personal inboxes not having basic rules like a regular email would which splits your attention from managing all of your email in one place and eliminating some of the benefits. Better training and control over AI as it is very inaccurate at times. Better implementation of AI as it is a little underwhelming for certain features and is a little behind the curve of other products that are much more affordable and have much more automated options and features. They used to be much more options for integrating twilio with their platform but now as you would expect from larger corporations they are trying to require the justcall subscription to bring in the benefits of to bring in the benefits of telephony in a multi-channel communication platform for teams. They had some great approaches at increasing human productivity before but it looks like they can a lot of those features, and even with their AI features things have been kind of underwhelming and the experience of basic rules being blocked from personal inboxes really hinders the adoption of this platform, user experience leaves a lot to be desired after removing some of the thoughtful ux ideas that they had before, and continuous bugs that have made it seem a little neglected in the past have made me veer away the more built in solutions like hub spot, or more innovative or simplified approaches to team inbox collaboration.

How customizable are notifications for individuals and teams?

Notifications and customizations are all right for team level but the notifications and customizations on the individual level for personal inboxes is absolutely terrible and non-functional

How well does it handle permissions and roles by mailbox?

Started off very rough especially with the fact that they did not include SMTP and only used mail forwarding and IMAP at first. If it's some of that but the settings are still confusing and the limitations on private inboxes almost make you have to include them as shared in boxes just to use the features of the platform which seems counterproductive for an would want to bring all of the attention to one place while also improving team collaboration. Turns it from a seamless experience to more like a chore and another login.

What integrations exist beyond Slack, like CRM or billing?

While they do have some great Integrations they have rolled back or blocked Integrations from bringing into left knee unless it's basic text from twilio as they have favored their own product just call for their voice integrated capabilities. Also as a former user of the telephony situations I've noticed a lot of up charges and price increases especially when it comes to accessing sensible features like two-way sync with my CRM to make sure contacts that are in my CRM show up on my business phone.

What's great

Great use of image to video for a niche. And great for agency to use as a lead magnet for clients!

What needs improvement

Would love to see some control over training and providing input for on-brand and more informative videos with specs, property details, contact info and other common video elements for realtors. But the output is impressive already I must say!

Can I edit or override synced listing details?

Don't think it actually syncs ongoing, I think you just add a domain for manual generations

Can it qualify leads before scheduling showings?

No

How long do video renders take and what formats?

As long as the AI takes

Some software tries to do everything and ends up doing nothing well. Juphy is the opposite, they focus on one thing which is communicating across different channels, and they do it better than most tools I have come across. This is a perfect example of simplicity and power in a software that just feels natural. I look forward to seeing what's in store for the future of the software as they continue to improve and roll out long awaited features, but if you need a multi channel shared inbox tool today, this is ready to go as is!
