Hi - I am co-creator of NitroHire, a platform to help make hiring less painful, and more constructive for both the hiring manager and the candidate. The first product from the NitroHire stable is a refcheck system where a hiring manager can request a candidate to share their reference contact info, and a reference can then share their feedback with a consolidated report going to the hiring manager. We are just starting on our path to help improve how a hiring manager and candidate connect with each other once there is a match!
