I have no doubt that Trae has the potential to be an excellent AI-assisted integrated development environment (IDE). However, the strict Terms of Service and Policy Mode clearly indicate that the primary goal of this IDE is to collect as much private data as possible. This IDE is a great choice for students or for fun side projects that do not involve any business-related activities.

The addition of Todo List , Timer and Reminder is very interesting ! I would be glad to have this as a native mac OS app. And make sure it doesn't take RAM / resources from your computer. It would definitely be something nice to have :D Anyway, congrats for the launch. Love it so far

I was seduced by the goal of the product : Brings AI to simplify HTML integration, Design production and facilitate creativity. But it simply doesn't. The choice to directly interacts inside the browser is a bad idea. It is small, unpractical. You cannot be clear about the design you actually imagine in your head. It is still 100x better to design something in Figma-like, Sketch-like and generate HTML/CSS template using AI. So the mission is okay. The implementation is not good enough to actually make a difference
