Like that Filewatch is fast and super simple. Regarding trusting to the service, as far as I understand, you give access only to the metadata and not the content of the files themselves, so seems quite private to me.

Looking at DappRadar you realize how many Dapps there are and, more importantly, how much there are users, transactions, and ether volume daily. I think DappRadar can be a good indicator of Ethereum utility/adoption.

This is really cool for VR. Many developers (me included) are not comfortable with UI stuff, let alone 3D modelling stuff. This open library can really boost development of amazing apps and games.
