During the development time of Incidite we have used the product as private beta at edudip (an online webinar software). Broadcast channels made it really easy for us to send incident and status updates to our engineers in discord, stakeholders in slack and customers by email in realtime. We are using the Alertmanager integration to send alerts from our prometheus monitoring stack to Incidite....
