Hi I'm Dennis Hansen I am a 33-year-old web designer and SEO expert, with +15 years experience & a proud father of 2 girls. My journey has been filled with illness, untreated ADHD, and personal bankruptcy, and really dark and hard times. Here i intend to share what has been a part of my own journey and personal growth, to being able to live, after +33 years with an untreated diagnosis. My hope for @LifeOnADHD would be to find the right angle and format, to spread my learnings; My learnings and story about overcoming and to live with stress, depression, and ADHD, and finding harmony with body, mind and life.
