With a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Delphia's career focus is on optimal guest service. As a person, her focus is on spreading joy and loving people. Her goal in life is to use her optimism, communication skills, empathy, and knowledge from her education to encourage others to see their own value and capabilities. This goal has continually been met in her experiences with coworkers and guests as a tour guide, theater staff, and as a student. Her efficiency in meeting this goal comes from her passion for compassion.
