I have tried a lot of note-taking apps but none of them really worked for me. Most felt too heavy and required too many steps just to write something down. I just wanted something where I can open it and start typing immediately. So I built a small side project for myself. It’s an ultra simple note-taking tool — you open it and start typing. That’s it.
