I think this is great and I really like the hashtag feature so that ideas can be looked up y category. I would also consider making the posts have a more structured format. For example, quora is for asking questions and they make you pose every post as a question. In order to keep people from using needgap to simply promote their own businesses, they should have to pose a question to the market...
