Very poor product and program. Never had a personalized consultation with the physiotherapist. But that did not stop them from billing my insurance multiple times. The whole company and the tactics they use felt like an elaborate insurance scam. I just got some generic exercises that were not tailored for my needs. The tablet wont stay charged, and the AI was just meh.
