I need to try this out. There are some idiosyncracies around PDF compression that I've encountered recently, specifically when trying to export from Figma. I'd be interested to see if this can do what it says it can with those same files. If it can get the PDF to a specific target size (or even very closely in the range) it will be a game-changer for me! :)

Hey @austingoldman, looks like a potential game-changer. Why the US/USD restriction?

It may be that this becomes successful, but I think it fundamentally misses practically everything about why women pay for this type of thing in the first place (and men, in the case of dude-oir shoots, which is a *delightful* term). It's the equivalent of offering someone images of a virtually identical lookalike. If they just want to have photos to show off for vanity and/or to impress...

The inevitability of this article's title feels like Roam was always tempting fate. I haven't used Roam, but I've toyed with Obsidian and Mem without any real commitment. I like the concept of bi-directional links, but it's not vital (I've tried to hack an approximation of this into Notion in the past). I actually like categorising and compartmentalising things myself if the system is...

This seems like the most important way to position a marketplace for artists right now, as so many are actively opting out of the NFT wave due to a lack of information. The Ubisoft exec who said gamers "don't get" NFTs may have phrased it in an obnoxious way, but broadly I agree. The two concerns I hear most are that they're a speculative investment and they're bad for the environment (without...

Guys, I tried this out, because we could definitely use this in our team. However, the steps are truncated after one line? I can't see a way to reveal this other than the tooltips in the sidebar, which is a little bit of a problem as we're going to have step descriptions longer than one line. Am I missing something basic? EDIT: Not actually an issue-- or maybe just with my eyesight. Multi-line...

Wow. This looks great. I had an issue getting the list to scroll in a modal window when I was testing on a free account (resulting in only the currently rendered results being scraped), so my immediate use case was kind of a bust, but will probably take advantage of the LTD anyway :)

Simple [backend options] like Adalo, powerful [frontend options] like Webflow. I will definitely keep tabs on this, but from what I can see, this is more of a site builder with some CMS functionality that can deploy native apps. I don't see much about backend workflows / logic that would be useful to many of the people who would like to use no-code options to create native apps. The website...

Milanote was a game-changer for me when I started using it in 2018, but even then I thought it was waiting for an iPad release-- I think that was the gist of my feedback for 2.0 on this very site. Still pretty much the only thing on my wishlist for Milanote (I'm sure I've probably voted on the roadmap more than once) especially with the introduction of drawing tools.

One of the immediate remarks I saw many make when CoPilot launched was a sardonic "Great, but what I really need is something that explains other devs' code". I just tried some of my functions in the Explain Code tool and was blown away. Bravo.

Not that big teams don't have big bugs, but this looks like it will be a lifesaver for small outfits and solo devs.
