I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Social Work and earned my postgraduate units in Counseling. I am a licensed Social Worker and had the privilege to work for an international humanitarian organization. With over 16 years of management and leadership experience, I’ve built my career in a variety of roles across several business functions and platforms including customer care, operations management, quality, employee engagement, and communication. I am very passionate about culture-building, people and organizational development.
