About
I lead Workleap's Performance product line strategy, roadmap, and the team behind it. I'm directly responsible for the engineering and design talent who build it, and I own the product work myself. The job sits at the intersection of three things: product outcomes I'm accountable for (activation, retention, business impact), delivery I need to keep predictable without micromanaging it, and people I'm responsible for growing. Every roadmap bet and every people decision has a direct line to business results. I shipped Workleap's first end-to-end agentic product feature for Performance Reviews, and I treat AI adoption as a strategic lever for the whole team, not a tool bolted onto existing process. I've built and published my own internal AI tooling now used company-wide.
