
I pre-ordered from MagFast a long long time ago. But they've STUCK to their requirements for QUALTIY... and weathered the whole Covid/supply-chain issue, resolved issues that didnt' meet their quality standards in their early production runs, and are now in full-fledged production & shipment. They've even recently added a NEW product - a magnificent/wonderful-feeling & reliable charging cable. And - HARDLY the least of it all... their transparency, and their Customer Support, are truly phenomenal. They produce nearly-weekly videos discussing their company, products, obstacles, accomplishments, business partners, etc, and every interaction I've ever had with their Customer Support folks has be EXEMPLARY! No outsourced/unfamiliar customer support agents at ALL! :-D
