powerful tool for streamlining workflow. needs template function and UI improvements PROS - the bulk mockup feature is incredible. there is an active community with a healthy exchange between users and support staff. customer service provided by staff is exceptional. they are timely and very professional in their responses. management is aware of the improvements needed to be made on the platform and are working on it. it feels good to be part of helping a platform grow and improve. CONS - the biggest gap is that there is no template function available with editable designs as is available on other platforms. furthermore, the UI is clunky. simple features like remembering the last used settings are not in place, which is a drag on time but moreso, makes it feel like the UI is working against you.
