Kaleido captures something that is really hard to do with other tools: the multi-layer nature of the product prioritization and the relationships between levels. It really clicked for me when I was able to add an insight, then link it to a project, then link that project to the next level project and so on. The product development roadmap is often nonlinear, with a lot of work happening in parallel, large projects coming into life while small features are launched. Being able to see through that chaos and always link back to the real user insight is powerful. The one thing that makes Kaleido a bit lonely right now is that there are no sources linked directly to the end users, like feedback forms, feature requests widgets, etc. I want to plug it right into our app and let users submit their unstructured ideas and requests!

Daily is an amazing batteries-included video calling provider. We're using them at Introwise to power our in-browser video calls with live streaming and recording, and only hear positive things from our end users about the call reliability and quality. Their SDK is the simplest that I've seen from the integration viewpoint. It hides the complexity, but also allows to go low-level for implementing really customized user experience. The support and community are top-notch.
