With over five years of hands-on experience in observability and monitoring, I’ve spent my career helping systems become more reliable and teams more confident in their operations. From architecture design to stability engineering, I’ve learned how complex modern systems fail—and how difficult it can be to find the real cause behind those failures. Today, I’m building an AI-driven observability assistant designed to make that process simpler and faster. Our goal is to lower the barrier to understanding observability data, reduce the pain of root cause analysis, and help organizations minimize the impact of incidents on users and business outcomes.
