David Rubin financial was born in Mexico City and moved to Los Angeles, California. His father played a key role in liberating the Bergen-Belsen DP camps after WWII, while his mother, Bella, was a survivor of a Polish concentration camp. He spent his early years in New York before settling in Los Angeles with his family at 9. The values of perseverance and responsibility shaped his upbringing, guiding him toward a career marked by a commitment to positively impacting the world. His work in financial services, mainly through him, exemplifies these values. David attended California State University, Northridge, in 1980, where he focused on finance. His interest in financial structuring and investment strategies led him to earn the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
