My day job involves a lot of meetings, and I've never been happy with how they go. People don't remember what they agreed to, or don't come prepared. Agendas are fuzzy and things go off track fast. I wanted to build a tool to help make sure meetings are time well spent, and not a black hole!

Fairlead helps make meetings more focused and makes sure everyone walks away on the same page. Gather agenda items ahead of time, keep notes during the meeting, track to-dos and decisions made. Never have a "lost meeting" again!
