Engineer turned technology leader, with 6+ years spanning software development, IT leadership and applied AI. I ran the ICT and security modernization function for a port adminitrator - budget, vendor management, a 10-person team, and stakeholder relationships up to national customs authorities and international agencies - while building the technical instincts of an engineer who still ships. I'm now completing a Master's in Cybersecurity, and using Claude, agentic workflows and applied-AI tooling to automate real business processes. I move comfortably between technical and business conversations: running demos and technical validation for customers, translating requirements into working systems, and leading teams through delivery.
