The official Jira Cloud for Sheets add-on still works but has been unreliable since the Dec 2024 API change, and most alternatives charge per user. Sheet Sync for Jira runs JQL or saved filters into Google Sheets with every field including custom ones, pages through full results instead of stopping at a cap, and refreshes hourly, daily or weekly. Flat US$20/month per Jira site. It runs in Apps Script - no vendor server touches your data.

Zendesk has no scheduled ticket export — you re-run the same view export and re-clean the same CSV every week. This keeps any Zendesk view or search synced into a Google Sheets tab hourly, daily or weekly, with the columns you pick (custom fields included). Searches use Zendesk's export endpoint, so there is no 1,000-result cap. It runs entirely inside Apps Script: your Zendesk to your sheet, with no vendor server touching the data.

Azure Repos has no contribution graph, no year view of who committed what, the way GitHub and GitLab do.
