I recently spent a lot of time trying out a lot of CRMs, and I decided for Overloop because it was the only one that doesn't feel clunky and doesn't have too many bells and whistles, and it's understandable and easy to familiarize with even without having used any CRM before. Plus, for a basic usage, it's totally free!
