I discovered this a few weeks ago and did a trial, I quickly used up all my trial credits and saw the value and became a customer. I've only tapped into a fraction of what is possible, but I find for marketing tasks, I just like the way you can train and empower an agent and the output is excellent compared to me trying to do it in other tools I have. Congrats on the PH launch!

Juphy has continually improved over time. My main use is as an omni-channel support tool but excited to see these new features. The trackable links sound very interesting. Congrats on the v3 launch!

One of the best UI and UX that I have found in this space. Lots of rapid improvements and driven by the requests of users. Highly recommend!

The best bot building out there in my opinion. Easy, lots of power, and many ways to share, embed, and convert forms into conversation flows. Pros: The visual designer is super easy and powerful Cons: The human chat features are the biggest area of improvement now

I like Conflux better than similar tools because instead of users submitting ideas that are immediately available for other users to see/vote on, they submit feedback directly to you, which you can attach to an existing idea to be voted on or create a new idea for public vote (or perhaps handle a different way, such as creating a support ticket). Plus with the Zapier integration you can connect...

There are lots of help desk products that integrate a knowledge base with their product, but the knowledge base is always the step child when it comes to development and innovation. Support Hero is dedicated to making awesome knowledge bases and it shows. And with their custom form integration to email, this can integrate seamlessly with almost any help desk system to help deflect customer...

I migrated from HubSpot CRM to CompanyHub due to the power of customization and the Utron automation which is more powerful than HubSpot Sales Pro Workflow and at a lower price. CompanyHub combines the power of a CRM with Workflow Automation and email tracking. Pros: Very easy to customize and well integrated with Zapier Cons: Missing sales sequences/drip capabilities

This product does a good job at what it does but with the launch of the new version it's priced itself out as an option in my opinion. It's prior version did essentially the same without the bells and whistles. The addition of the bells and whistles doesn't justify the current price point. Pros: Provides consistent and complete search results Cons: Too Expensive

Great product that works well with lots of power features. Custom domains with redirect and 404 support. Multiple pixel types, custom slug support, bulk uploading and more. The exciting thing about this product is the roadmap with agency features, buffer integration, and more pixel types coming soon. And the support and responsiveness of the founders is amazing. Great product. Pros: Easy to use...

I was able to switch from Chrome to Opera and I've been pretty happy with it. Check out this video for more on the reasons and the benefits - https://youtu.be/3BRQINbf81Q Pros: Fast, Built-in VPN and Ad Blocker, Supports Chrome Extensions Cons: Lots of websites will tell you that you're on an unsupported browser.

I've been using HubSpot CRM since it was in Beta and it's really matured into a powerful CRM. I do pay for the Sales Pro tools which unlock a lot of power. There are some limitations however that make it a bad fit, you can read more about those in this review - https://www.techsmartboss.com/blog/top-things-you-should-know-about-the-limitations-of-hubspot-crm-with-workarounds/ Pros: Email...
