Complete waste and their support is even worse. Unresponsive. Many outages. Continuous issues with login problems, having to reauthenticate with Twitter, poor documentation, and unresponsive support. I didn't give up easily - this was after almost a year of trying. It worked for a while, but then the problems started, and support became unresponsive. I even responded to unsolicited emails I received from their CEO where he was just "checking in" to see how I liked the product, but then never responded or bothered to have someone reach out to me.
