So...Just upgraded to the latest version of REMY (I was on the old one). Gotta say, the new interface is slick. It’s way easier to find stuff now. The “circadian rhythms” section was a bit confusing at first, though. I’m starting to get the hang of it now and notice some interesting patterns in how my energy flows throughout the day. Honestly, it’s been more useful than I thought it would be.
