I have been using this app for around two months now as I too missed the Body Battery feature of using Garmin Fenix watches. I switched to an Apple Watch Ultra and found BodyState. It's excellent and works just as well and the developer has built a robust app that I use and rely on each day. Highly recommended - it's an excellent app.
