I'm a solo founder and the maker of CashflowCalcs, a free set of calculators that help rental property investors and landlords analyze a deal in seconds. I built it because I was tired of hitting a sign-up wall just to work out a cap rate, so I made the fast, no-account version I wanted for myself. My goal is to make it the simplest and most trustworthy place to run the numbers on a rental, and to keep it free and ad-supported for good.
