Hi, I'm Dan — born in Santa Cruz, CA, where I spent half my life chasing pro soccer (even trained in Brazil). When my knees had other plans, I fell into web dev and product management. For 15 years I built omnichannel products from zero, including leading digital innovation at Men's Wearhouse: ML Fit Tech, 3D clothing, and an RL-powered shopping assistant. That agent project opened my eyes — the real challenge isn't building AI, it's making it self-align with business goals without manual tuning. So I founded HoneyNudger to solve exactly that: continuous self-learning for AI agents. It's the convergence of everything I've done — A/B testing, ML, RL, and agentic AI — into one mission.
