Switching to PostgreSQL databases meant I could no longer use phpMyAdmin, so I started using TablePlus and never looked back. I immediately paid the one-time license fee and I get so much value from this tool. Huge imports and exports are handled easily (this is where phpMyAdmin usually struggles) and I find the interface to be clean and intuitive.

The pain of handling webhooks from both Apple and Google and all the documentation from both is something I never want to experience and never will thanks to RevenueCat. As well as unifying and simplifying the two APIs, they are also providing support and guides at all steps along the way which makes the process so much easier, especially for a first-time app maker.

I promote Expo whenever I can because I would not have been able to build Javu without it. Not only do they support development with React Native, but they provide the best guides on all steps of the app development process, even stages that are not necessarily expo related, like App Store content best practices, and warnings for app review rejections. I would always recommend first-time app makers (like myself) to use Expo over a bare React Native project.

What's great

excellent documentation (2)react native integration (7)
