Wow super cool, just tried out the app! Tested it out with my recent lease, found some insights, sent an email to my landlord today with some of the questions on the site. Curious what’s the monetization play here, love the app but hope it’s under 5 bucks, looking for smth to write the email too to my landlord as part of it.
