I build software that lets you verify it instead of asking for trust. My project, RedactLocal, is a browser-native PDF redactor. No uploads, no servers—disconnect your internet mid-redaction and it keeps working. While traditional tools draw black boxes over text (leaving data vulnerable to copy-pasting), RedactLocal rasterizes every page and rebuilds the PDF from images alone. Text doesn't get hidden; it stops existing. Every export self-inspects for 0 selectable characters and 0 fonts. Building it meant solving tough production challenges: Safari stream parsing, mobile canvas limits, and cross-device memory scaling. Building in public.
