ChatGPT Power User & Indie Maker ⚙️

About

I'm Danish Irfan — a software engineer, indie maker, and AI-native builder from Pakistan. I'm obsessed with turning daily frustrations into useful tools that actually solve problems. I recently launched ContextCarry, a Chrome extension that lets ChatGPT users export and restore conversations with full memory — across formats like HTML, PDF, JSON, Markdown, and more. It's designed to help researchers, coders, and creators never lose context again. I'm here to build in public, connect with fellow makers, and share my journey of turning side projects into products people actually want to use. Let’s ship, learn, and grow — one idea at a time 🚀

ChatMirror - Turn long ChatGPT conversations into readable archives

Long ChatGPT conversations eventually become difficult to revisit. Important prompts, code snippets, decisions, and context slowly disappear into endless scroll. ChatMirror is a Chrome extension that transforms saved ChatGPT conversations into a clean read only archive workspace with pagination, full conversation search, export support, keyboard navigation, and local only storage.

ChatSpeed - Fix ChatGPT lag in long conversations

ChatSpeed is a Chrome extension that fixes ChatGPT slowdown in long conversations. Instead of trying to clean the UI after it becomes laggy, ChatSpeed intercepts the incoming conversation graph and trims old conversation nodes before React renders them. The result: ⚡ smoother scrolling ⚡ instant typing response ⚡ responsive copy/paste ⚡ reduced browser memory pressure Built for developers, researchers, and heavy ChatGPT users who work in long-running AI sessions.

Claude has native chat recall. Here's how I recreated it for ChatGPT — without native memory.

A while back, Claude introduced on-demand chat recall letting the model reference previous conversations across sessions. It s a powerful step toward persistent memory but only for regular, signed-in chats.

At the same time, I was working on ContextCarry a way to bring the full soul of your ChatGPT conversations into any new session.

Unlike Claude s native recall:

  • ContextCarry works with temporary/incognito chats as well

  • You can export any conversation instantly as PDF, HTML viewer, Excel, and more

  • You get full token-aware parts, README instructions, and seamless context restoration
