I built this because I was frustrated with how hard local AI transcription tools are for non-technical users. Whisper gives amazing results, but most solutions require knowledge of Python, Docker, CLI, or uploading files to the cloud. I wanted something truly plug & play. This runs fully locally, uses OpenAI Whisper, and works directly inside Aegisub — install → transcribe → edit subtitles....
