Tasked with coordinating a Chinese engineering team and a Swedish car design studio, we watched a session swing from screw dimensions to executive strategy in seconds. The blockers were clear: language barriers, zero process. Relying on email would have tanked the project. Instead, we adapted a small issue tracker. It filtered noise and freed leaders to lead. Workload dropped from 150% to 70%, and development time was slashed from 50 to 18 months—delivering a car in record time. Most companies still run on chaotic inboxes and Teams chats. That is why I built DesaiDo: an async tool to kill meeting overload.
