With more people buying online than ever before It's increasingly important to optimize the product education experience and create relevance and relatability for your target customers. How has everyone been solving this problem and do you see additional value in using a tool like this that streamlines the process?

As someone who has spent the last month weeding through job applications I love the idea of being able to remove the bias and hire directly on merit. I don't think it's something that people think about before they start the process but becomes apparently evident as you start to do interviews etc. Seems highly valuable in our current society as we strive to do better and be better.
