We have been a customer for some time and would recommend Liveagent to anyone looking for a customer service tool. Great product, needs GDPR compliance and data protection agreement to sign and there would be no better video communication tool out there. Please consider privacy adjustements and improvements in order to open up for european customers. Thanks
