1.0 was a life-changer for me in terms of gaining control my inbox. With 2.0, it's a step up, explicitly telling folks I don't know what I'm interested in - saving time, energy, and effort on both sides of the communication channel.

One tool that works while I'm doing other things is Gated. Email is a huge distraction for me, Gated cuts out the noise of unsolicited email, letting folks I know or who I want to hear from reach my inbox.
What are some of the best under-the-radar tools that you know of or use?

Been a user for a few months now. It's given a much needed relief from the stress of seeing an inbox full of noise. The emails that get through often foster a more meaningful conversation beyond just a cold sales pitch. Congrats on the launch @melissa_moody and the rest of the Gated team!!

Holy shit, android-first. Did we win? Will give this a spin, but curious. Coming from Todoist, what would I find different/better?

Been a Gmelius user for a while, first on the free plan, then upgraded about a year ago. I love the recipient tracking, but perhaps the most useful feature are the templates. Each month I have to send about 30 emails to coworkers, and using the templates with their merge fields has been a huge help. When composing my message, using the hashtag keywork in the subject line to pull up the template...

I must be doing something wrong. I've been a PocketCasts user/subscriber for years. Huge fan, loved everything up until this update. I've been using the Mac app for about 6 months or so and worked fine up until the update. Now some episodes just don't play, the app hangs up sometimes, though I do love the dark mode. Now. For the android update. Visually, sure it looks nice. The huge unfortunate...

Curious how this compares to Fluid apps? It could be completely different, from the description is sounds similar, but I could be way off.

I'm a relatively new user (only 80 workouts) but love it! Now that I found how to create routines before getting to the gym, I feel much more motivated and focused when I actually arrive. I'm really hoping the update comes to Android soon, but so far it's been a great experience. On top of a great app, the support team is super responsive. I hope the workouts available to import expands, but...

Having never heard of Flow before and having the opportunity to play with it over the past 14 days, I am blown away. The UI and workflow is intuitive, and I'm able to get a handle on all of the different projects I am working on. I was a little worried about the mobile app based on the ratings in Google Play Store, but have been pleasantly surprised with the experience. So I'm ready to buy,...

Tested it out, still a bit buggy. Plus, no option to resize the email I'm viewing. Some have charts and graphs that require zooming in, zooming out. Didn't seem to be an option here. Also, great AI that predicts which folder I want to move an email to, I just wish there were a way to override it. As to the bugs, certain emails that I would click on would show phantom subject lines, and the...

I've been using this for about a week now and I think it's fantastic. My favorite feature is the ability to associate multiple meetings to a single project; the add-on for note taking is great, wish the Evernote integration was tighter, but overall pleased with how this is shaping up.

We've been testing Troops for a few months now. It makes it super easy to pull in relevant CRM data with simple commands. We all know how 'lazy' sales people are...joking aside, with Troops, we're able to expose key info on demand without the need to buy a CRM license for every employee.
