I spent 15 years in strategy consulting, then led Strategy at Exxaro, a JSE-listed resources company. I trained as a mechanical and mining engineer, so I think in systems and I care about evidence. These days I build with AI. My main focus is Dexil, a platform for strategic analysis I started after watching capable people make big decisions on AI answers they couldn't defend.
