What's great
Its unfortunate, but I was originally looking forward to this product and did find it very useful. When they started, there were a few bugs (more than just a few), and they seem to be on top of it. It's understandable going back a few year. Now! It's still buggy and NO SUPPORT. We have sent 4 emails, and their online support form seems to also be buggy. It's ironic that this app is a tool to help increase productivity and help developers collaborate on getting feedback. Meanwhile, this app isn't working the way it should and is buggy. Not sure I can rely on it.. Hope they do something, and maybe v3 is a bit premature. The price point is good .. and the concept was great.. but functionality. .. yet to be seen again. At one point I stopped using the app because it was just too slow and lagged. now.. not much better
