I initially figured out about this app through product hunt, but decided to test my luck buying a lifetime membership for before sunset via custom request. The app functioned well for about a MONTH! Then key features of the software stopped working. Including the timer (literally the most important thing). I have messaged the support team over 7 times in various formats, and nobody has addressed my issue. All a bunch of fluff and no results or genuine concern, 5/7 times, nobody even answered my emails/messages. If this is how they treat lifetime members, I can imagine how poorly they treat others. I am highly considering filing a chargeback through my bank, as I do have more than enough evidence that I haven't received what was agreed to, and I have given them so much time to figure this out and respond. It's been over 1 month. This entire experience has been less than disappointing, because I previously thought very highly of the app, enough to purchase lifetime. I recommend finding another app where the team will treat you like you exist and actually deliver the service promised. Whoever reads this should note, it is likely the majority of reviews for this app here on Product Hunt are fake. if you look on the app store, Trustpilot, Google Play, Reddit experiences or anywhere else, you will see the reviews singing a much different and actually accurate tune.
