I've been using Qwintry for several months now to forward packages from the US to my country. Overall, my experience has been largely positive, though there have been a couple of hiccups along the way. Pros: Wide Range of Stores: Qwintry's service allows me to shop from a variety of US-based online stores, some of which don't typically ship to my location. This has expanded my shopping options significantly. User-Friendly Interface: Their website is straightforward to use. It was easy to set up an account, and tracking my packages has been a breeze. Consolidation Option: This is probably my favorite feature. I can buy from multiple stores, have all my items sent to my Qwintry suite, and then consolidate them into one package. This has saved me a lot on shipping costs. Customer Service: Every time I had a query or an issue, their customer service was prompt and helpful. They managed to address most of my concerns in a satisfactory manner. Cons: Delivery Delays: I experienced a couple of delays in my shipments. While I understand that some of these factors might be beyond Qwintry's control, it was still a tad inconvenient. Extra Services: Some of the additional services, like package photos or extra insurance, come with added fees. It'd be nice if a few of these were included in the basic service or if they offered a membership with bundled features. Conclusion: Qwintry has been a reliable service for my shopping needs from the US. While there are areas of improvement, especially concerning delivery, I've been generally satisfied with their service. If you're looking for a package forwarding service, it's worth giving Qwintry a try, but as with any service, it's always wise to do your research and see if it fits your needs
