I use the app on daily basis as I added a lot of spam sentences and also holiday messages that are impersonal. Pros: It helps you get rid of all spam sms that your receive on a daily basis, somewhere similar to what gmail does with your email. Cons: It will be nice to have a database to wich all users could contribute with spam messages/ sentences.
