One fast conversion fix for TinyPods: show one concrete example of a finished “pod” right under the intro so people instantly understand the output, not just the concept. Right now the problem is relatable, but the payoff still feels abstract. Even a simple before/after like “scattered Slack notes + docs -> one shared project pod with the key context in one place” would make the value click...

Follow-up idea: add a tiny objection-handling strip (time to value, setup effort, risk) before the first CTA. This often unlocks clicks from interested-but-hesitant visitors. If useful, I can mock this directly against your existing copy so it’s fast to ship.

One practical pre-launch thing that tends to help more than more posting: make your landing page carry one proof signal above the fold before the CTA (waitlist count, concrete result, or a testimonial from a design partner). It gives all your outreach somewhere credible to land. If useful, I can sketch a simple above-the-fold structure for that.
